WGS SYSTEMS LLC is looking for experienced Flight Test Technicians to support flight testing of ISR systems in Hagerstown, MD. Responsibilities include operating onboard sensor systems, troubleshooting issues, and performing pre-flight checks. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical, hands-on role involving sensors, radios, or electronics maintenance.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of electronics and signals flow.

Responsibilities

• Work as an onboard operator for various sensor suites to ensure successful missions.
• Identify and fix hardware, cabling, and software issues during operations.
• Assist with pre-flight system checks and ground integration tests.
• Follow data collection steps carefully to record all information correctly.
• Fill out flight logs and discrepancy reports accurately.
• Ensure safe operations by following aviation safety rules.
• Work variable schedules including nights and weekends.
