Job summary
GRVTY is seeking a Data Scientist - Sensor Systems Technician and Integration Engineer to support installation, operation, and maintenance of airborne mission equipment on militarized aircraft. The role blends hands-on testing with systems integration planning and IT networks.
You will work with pilots, sensor operators, data scientists, and engineers to ensure operational readiness, provide detailed field reports, and advise on schematics and network interfaces while adhering to FAA/DoD safety
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 8+ years ISR experience on militarized aircraft
- Hands-on experience with EO/IR and hyperspectral imaging
- Experience reading schematics and wiring diagrams
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ground and flight tests for ISR hardware/software
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot EO/IR and hyperspectral sensors
- Perform pre-mission checks and field diagnostics
- Collaborate with pilots, data scientists, and engineers for data collection
- Provide field reports and support root-cause analysis
