Job summary

The Midwest City - Del City School District is seeking an In School Restriction Teacher to support a safe and orderly learning environment in the ISR room. This is a full-time contracted position with immediate starting date.

Responsibilities include enforcing discipline, coordinating with teachers, and ensuring assignments are completed before students return to regular classes. Requires a high school diploma or GED and Parapro assessment or 48 college hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be highly qualified - Passed the Parapro Assessment or completed 48 college hours.

Responsibilities

• Takes necessary precautions to protect students, equipment and facilities.
• Arrives punctually for duties as assigned.
• Maintains appropriate emotional control and appearance.
• Communicates with cafeteria about lunches to prepare.
• Communicates with teachers regarding ISR student assignments.
• Checks completion of work before returning to the regular classroom.
