Job summary

Actinide seeks a General Engineer to join our on-site team in Dallas, Texas. You will contribute to the design, development, testing, and improvement of isotope separation systems and related hardware, documenting results and refining designs for manufacturability and reliability.

You will support experiments, analyze performance data, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and participate in safety and quality reviews.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in general engineering principles and ability to apply them to complex physical systems.
Experience with design and analysis tools and ability to interpret technical drawings and specs.
Hands-on prototyping, testing, and experimental setup with data analysis to inform design decisions.
Knowledge of safety, quality control, and SOPs in a technical environment.
Strong written and verbal communication, ability to document work and collaborate.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; advanced degree or relevant high-precision experience is a plus.
On-site work in Dallas, TX; fast-moving environment and initiative to solve challenges.
Experience in isotopes, advanced materials, energy systems, or defense tech is beneficial but not required.
