Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Production Technician to support daily isotope production for radiopharmaceuticals. The role covers setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment, with emphasis on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with Production Leads to ensure on-schedule operations, follow batch records and SOPs, and contribute to patient therapies through high-quality manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in GMP or aseptic manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in science strongly preferred.
• Experience with radioactive materials in a regulated environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing activities for isotope products per batch records.
• Operate and maintain Grade C isolators for safe production.
• Follow radiation safety, ALARA, and PPE protocols.
• Perform contamination control, monitoring, and material handling per site procedures.
• Support equipment cleaning, sterilization, and readiness of manufacturing areas.
• Document batch records, shipping docs, and training records.
