Novartis is seeking a Production Technician in Indianapolis, IN to support isotope product manufacturing, operate Grade C isolators, and ensure regulatory compliance in a controlled environment.

The role requires 2+ years GMP/aseptic manufacturing, radiation safety readiness, and careful documentation; shift is 10 pm–6 am, Monday–Friday, onsite with relocation not offered. Competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a GMP or aseptic manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience; low-bioburden preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work safely with radioactive materials in a controlled setting.
• Experience following SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to wear cleanroom garments and required PPE.

Responsabilités

• Execute manufacturing activities for isotope products in accordance with batch records and procedures.
• Operate and maintain Grade C isolators while supporting safe production operations.
• Follow radiation safety requirements including dosimetry and ALARA principles.
• Perform contamination control and material monitoring per site procedures.
• Prepare manufacturing areas through cleaning, sterilization and readiness activities.
• Conduct environmental monitoring to maintain readiness and compliance.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain materials per batch monitoring procedures.
• Participate in qualification and validation activities to ensure compliance.
• Complete production documentation including batch records and shipping documents.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and GMP compliance within the team.
