Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Lead to oversee ISO reporting for a global Property & Casualty insurer. You will lead a team of reporting specialists, ensure timely ISO submissions, and partner with IT, Actuarial, and Underwriting to maintain data integrity and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in P&C ISO reporting, strong Excel/SQL skills, and a track record of enhancing reporting accuracy and regulatory compliance. This role is based in New York.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ISO reporting experience in Property & Casualty.
• Deep knowledge of ISO reporting requirements and state regulatory standards.
• Experience leading a team of reporting professionals.
• Advanced Excel; SQL/Power Query/Access skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for statistical reporting with ISO focus.
• Oversee preparation, validation, and submission of ISO statistical reports.
• Serve as primary contact for ISO and regulatory bodies on reporting needs.
• Monitor ISO updates and state requirements, updating processes accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data accuracy.
• Provide ongoing training and guidance on ISO reporting formats and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Claims to maintain data integrity.
• Manage responses to regulatory audits and data requests.
• Prepare management reports on reporting performance and compliance.
