• 5+ years hands-on experience in Property & Casualty statistical reporting with ISO focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel, SQL/Power Query/Access data tools.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and improve reporting processes.
• Experience leading a reporting team.

• Lead and develop a team responsible for ISO statistical reporting across P&C lines.
• Oversee preparation, validation, and submission of ISO statistical reports.
• Serve as primary contact for ISO and regulatory bodies on reporting requirements.
• Monitor changes to ISO standards and state regulatory requirements; implement changes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance on ISO reporting requirements and data formats.
• Partner with IT, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Claims to maintain data integrity.
• Manage responses to regulatory audits, data requests, and inquiries.
• Prepare management reports on performance, compliance, and improvements.
