Job summary

Oliver James Group is seeking a Statistical Reporting Lead focused on ISO reporting for Property & Casualty. You will oversee ISO statistical submissions, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide a team of reporting specialists.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in P&C ISO reporting, strong Excel, and familiarity with SQL/Power Query. This role is based in New York with collaboration across IT, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Claims teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent insurance industry experience.
• 5+ years in Property & Casualty ISO statistical reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO reporting requirements and state regulatory standards.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of reporting professionals.
• Proficiency in Excel and data validation tools (SQL/Power Query/Access) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for ISO statistical reporting within Property & Casualty lines.
• Oversee preparation, validation, and submission of ISO statistical reports with regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for ISO and regulatory bodies regarding reporting requirements and inquiries.
• Monitor ISO reporting standards and state regulatory changes; implement process adjustments.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance on ISO reporting formats and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with IT, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Claims to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage responses to regulatory audits and data requests.
• Prepare management reports on reporting performance and compliance.
