Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or related training equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role with ISO 9001 considered preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn basic systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly and annual facility-wide training to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Instruct others in continuous process improvements using problem solving, process mapping, and time management.
• Interpret quality philosophy to personnel within the facility and maintain training records.
• Assist with formulating quality objectives and perform internal audits and proficiency checks.
• Maintain administrative duties related to the total quality management system and ISO processes.
• Update controlled documents, audit schedules, and communicate quality initiatives to management.
