Qualifications

• Four years of related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift with 2 or more direct reports.
• Oversees ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specified products or sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials availability.
• Plans and administers procedures and develops schedules and manpower for the assigned area.
