The role audits processes, manages controlled documents, supports training, analyzes quality metrics, and partners with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Ability to travel to multiple company locations.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and improve the Company's QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct audits and manage controlled documentation.
• Support training efforts and analyze quality metrics.
