Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• At least four years of ISO 9001 quality management experience.
• ISO 9001 Lead Internal Auditor Certification within one year of employment.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements, identify risks, and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent technical writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Professional communication with executives, customers, auditors, process owners, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage QMS document control, including updating the Quality Manual, Quality Work Instructions, and SOPs.
• Support document management systems: user access, reporting, troubleshooting, and guidance.
• Coordinate onboarding for Quality Representatives and employees, including access and training resources.
• Develop, test, maintain, and deliver QMS training and competency modules.
• Coordinate monthly performance reviews and maintain metric workbooks and dashboards.
• Support management review meetings with minutes and action tracking.
• Plan ISO 9001 internal audit program and serve as Supporting Auditor; document evidence.
• Assist with external audits and certification readiness; coordinate evidence.
• Review Corrective Action Reports and verify closure; assist root cause analysis.
• Maintain registers for actions, risks, opportunities, and suppliers.
• Support QMS implementation and continuous improvement across CGFS units.
• Map and improve business processes; identify gaps and risks; develop practical solutions.
• Prepare clear reports and meeting materials; contribute to cross-functional projects.
