• Able to analyze reports and identify opportunities for merchandising and presentation adjustments.
• College Degree in Business or related field.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by partnering with the Store Manager and motivating the team.
• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests during all store operations.
• Seek opportunities to drive sales and improve service through data-driven decisions and streamlined processes.
• Coach and develop Retail Team Members, guiding career growth and performance expectations.
