Tommy Bahama is seeking a store leader to embody the island lifestyle and deliver world-class service. As an ambassador of the brand, you will inspire your team, implement the seasonal vision, and create a welcoming guest experience that aligns with our aloha culture.

You will coach and develop Retail Team Members, partner with the Store Manager, and focus on merchandising, sales execution, and guest relations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of management supervision.
• Exposure to merchandising and visual concepts.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset for reports and merchandising adjustments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Willingness to perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with the Store Manager to motivate and communicate with the team.
• Foster sales and service relationships to create a premier guest experience.
• Drive sales plan through planning, execution, and store process improvements.
• Coach and develop Retail Team Members for internal growth.
