South Seas Resort by Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to perform general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upkeep across a 330-acre resort. You will repair pumps, AC systems, and plumbing, and maintain logs for the preventative maintenance program.

Ideal candidates have hotel-resort maintenance experience, are detail oriented, and capable of working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License; background screening may be required.
• Previous maintenance experience in hotels, resorts, or similar settings.

Responsabilités

• Perform general building and facility maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct general electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, walls, doors, windows, and flooring as needed.
• Maintain and repair pumps, compressors, water heaters, and other equipment; keep maintenance logs.
