Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervision/management.
• Experience with merchandising and visual concepts in retail.
• Proven coaching and development of team members.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and drive merchandising adjustments.
• College degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through motivation, support, and clear communication with guests and team.
• Build sales and service relationships with guests across all store operations.
• Drive sales plan via planning, execution and streamlined store processes with the Store Manager.
• Coach and develop Retail Team Members, setting clear performance expectations.
