Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years management supervision experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Analytical and able to identify merchandising adjustments from reports.
• College degree in Business or related field.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required

• Create a relaxed destination - Partner with the Store Manager to motivate and communicate with the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Set the course - Build strong sales and service relationships with guests and guide store operations.
• Build the perfect oasis - Drive selling culture through planning, analysis, and improving store processes with the Store Manager.
• Onboard your crew - Coach and develop Retail Team Members and set clear performance expectations for growth
