With 3+ years in retail and 2+ years in supervising a team, you will drive sales through merchandising and strong communication while promoting growth and excellence in store operations. Willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of management supervision experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and visual concepts.
• Coached and developed a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to analyze reports and adjust merchandising/presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with motivation, support and communication to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Build strong sales and service relationships with guests and guide the team.
• Drive sales through planning, analysis and streamlined store processes with the Store Manager.
• Create a learning environment to coach and develop Retail Team Members.
