Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking an ambassador for our brand to lead store operations and inspire teams while delivering world-class service. The role emphasizes growing guest satisfaction, coaching staff, and maintaining an aloha-friendly environment in line with our island-life lifestyle.

As an Island Guide, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach Team Members, and ensure merchandising and presentation standards reflect our tropical brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of supervision/management experience.
• Experience with merchandising and visual concepts.
• College degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination in collaboration with the Store Manager, leading by example through motivation and communication.
• Build and maintain strong sales and service relationships with guests across store operations.
• Set the course by planning and executing merchandising and presentation adjustments with the Store Manager.
• Onboard and develop Retail Team Members, promoting internal career growth and clear performance expectations.
