Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Nantucket Cottage Hospital is seeking a pharmacist for a full-time Day shift with rotating on-call. The role includes sterile compounding, dispensing, drug information, and rounding with the medical team, serving island residents and visitors.

Qualified candidates hold MA licensure, hospital experience preferred, and must be able to participate in on-call rotations and emergencies as needed. Located at 57 Prospect Street on Nantucket.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; licensed in MA.
• Hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with sterile compounding per USP <797>/<800> and BORP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding per USP <797> and <800> and BORP regulations.
• Review medication orders for accuracy, dosage, and interactions.
• Educate patients and collaborate with medical team.
• Participate in on-call, evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
