Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding ( Hazardous and non-Hazardous ) per USP and Mass BORP regulations.
• Review and dispense medications; ensure correct strength, dose and administration.
• Evaluate orders for drug interactions and dosing accuracy; resolve issues per policies.
• Convey appropriate recommendations to nursing and medical teams; participate in staff education.
• Maintain documentation of controlled substances; participate in audits and inventories.
