PeaceHealth in Friday Harbor, Washington, is hiring an RN for the Critical Access Emergency Department. This full-time, 0.90 FTE position offers day shifts in a 10-bed ED at a scenic San Juan Island hospital.

The role emphasizes high-quality emergency care and seamless patient flow, with relocation assistance and a recruitment bonus. The successful candidate will hold a WA RN license, have ED/Urgent Care experience, BLS, and will obtain ACLS, WA Food Handler, TNCC, ENPC, and PALS within 12

Formación

• Current RN license in Washington State.
• Minimum one year of recent Emergency Department or Urgent Care experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS and Washington Food Handler Card required at hire.
• TNCC, ENPC, and PALS required within 12 months of hire.
• Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Partner with providers and care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
