Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating legal trading documentation (master agreements, credit support documents, amendments).
• Focus on ISDA Master Agreements and repurchase agreements.
• Point person for active client negotiations with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Liaising with Sales & Trading, Credit Risk, Risk Management, Legal and Operations on terms and prioritization.
• Understanding and adhering to established policies and procedures.
