Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an ISC Production Supervisor to oversee designated site production, lead a team, and drive efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will coordinate with supply chain, QA, and maintenance to resolve issues and optimize processes.

The role requires 2+ years in production supervision, knowledge of lean, and proficiency with MES/ERP systems. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with a strong focus on safety and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervision experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Experience with MES and ERP systems to monitor production activities.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Implement and maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards in the production area.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
