As an ISC Production Supervisor you will join our aerospace manufacturing facility as an ISC Production Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage the production team, and ensure the efficient and safe delivery of high-quality aerospace components. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production teams to meet production targets and uphold quality standards.
• Develop and execute strategies for optimizing value stream flow and operational efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes and resolve operational issues.
• Promote lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
• Analyze production data and propose data-driven solutions for productivity enhancement and cost reduction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Foster teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
• Coordinate with engineering for new product introductions and process improvements.
• Prepare and present operational reports and KPIs to Operations Manager and Site Leadership.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at operational excellence and strategic objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Manage budget and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems such as ISO9001 and AS9100D.
• Promote employee engagement, development, and recognition.

You will report directly to our Sr ISC Operations Manager, and you will work out of our Greer, SC location.Must-Haves:

• Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
• 3+ years of experience in leading projects or teams within the aerospace or automotive manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in manufacturing methods, productivity tools, and SAP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in the use of RCCA methodology to identify root causes and resolve problems.
• Commitment to ensuring production employees comply with HSE corporate policies and regulations.
• Shift Hours: Any Shift, Monday through Friday. Subject to change based on business needs.

• 5+ years of experience in a production or people leader role within the aerospace industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience in driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage 25 to 50 production employees.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
