Job Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Coach and mentor supervisors on employee performance concerns, providing support and guidance for coaching and corrective actions.
• Ensure fair and consistent performance reviews and regular feedback from supervisors.
• Supervisors and team leads conduct daily Tier 1 meetings, including safety talks and quality alerts.
• Meet or exceed all production key measurable targets.
• Form cross-functional teams to analyze and address unmet targets, perform root cause analysis, and create action plans.
• Lead Tier 3 meetings with department leads to ensure customer requirements are met and escalate issues as needed.
• Act as the point of contact for major disruptions like downtime, quality issues, or delivery problems.
• Ensure clear communication of shift issues and prepare production reports for Tier 3 meetings.
• Ensure adherence to Employee Handbook policies by supervisors.

Position Requirements

Physical Demands:

• 80% standing and walking in a manufacturing environment.
• Physically able to lift 25-35 pounds.
• Sit, walk, or stand for extended periods.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree/certification with experience.

Work Experience / Technical Training:

• Minimum 5 years in a Class-A automotive manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years supervisory/management experience in assembly Class-A automotive preferred.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually.
