Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials in Texas is seeking an ISC Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations across the facility.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment such as compressors, seals, packing, pumps, etc. fixed equipment such as steam tracing of vessel or piping, bolt torquing, flanged connections or mechanical systems (as applicable).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

The ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
• Standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, noise, etc.)

Schedule

• Typically includes shift work, weekends, and overtime as needed

Compensation

The annual base pay range for this position is $94,586 to $118,158. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
