Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Technician – Level 3 to perform maintenance and repair on forges, presses, and high‑temperature equipment. You will ensure all electrical and instrumentation systems run safely and efficiently to support our operations.

You will troubleshoot PLCs and DCSs, read electrical diagrams, document work, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment and instrumentation.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system analysis.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in electrical maintenance.
  • Electrical and Instrumentation Technician training or apprenticeship.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Determine correct wire requirements and electrical needs based on end use.
  • Understand ground‑fault checks and megger testing.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.

Job Description

As an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician – Level 3 at Solstice Advanced Materials you will perform maintenance and repair on industrial mechanical systems and equipment such as forges, presses, high‑temperature ovens, pumps, and compressors. You will support the operational excellence of our facilities by ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.

In this role you will improve the efficiency and safety of our operations by maintaining all electrical and instrumentation systems to the highest standards, thereby supporting our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance.

Compensation

The annual base pay range for this position is $54,007 to $67,534. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope of responsibilities, mandatory mandatory experience, mandatory qualifications, key skills, and market and business considerations.
