Job summary

BI Incorporated provides Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) services under a DHS contract. The role involves managing ISAP participants from entry to release, using defined policies and procedures and leveraging supervision technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two (2) years of customer service or case management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
• US citizenship required.
• Ability to work on contract and receive client approval.
• Must have lived in the US 3 of the last 5 years.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interpret rules.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains accurate case records for all ISAP participants.
• Conducts home visits to verify participants' residences per contract.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
