Gibson Dunn in New York is seeking an IS Support Specialist to deliver hardware and software support across the office. You will resolve incidents, log details in ServiceNow, and work closely with the IS team to maintain operational readiness.
The role requires 5+ years of IS support, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. The schedule is Monday–Friday 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Based in New York, the IS Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers along with operational and administrative support for IS functions in the assigned Gibson office(s). The assigned person will actively participate in maintaining and improving the timeliness and quality of IS support provided to all customer constituencies within assigned office(s).
This role reports the local IS Supervisor.
This position is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., with flexibility to work overtime as needed to support business needs.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual compensation range for this position is $95-115k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
