Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior Information Services leader to manage standards, projects, and teams across assigned locations. The role partners with local leadership to align technology strategy with business goals and to deliver reliable IS services and support to multiple departments.

You will drive local technology initiatives, collaborate with vendors, and mentor an IS team while overseeing budgets and policy development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, CS, Operations, or related field with certifications.
Minimum 10 years of progressive responsibility in IS Management or Customer Support Services, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Manage technology standards, projects, teams, processes, and objectives of IS Services & Support for assigned locations.
Partner with local leadership to align technology requirements with IS strategy and communicate priorities.
Identify and implement technology solutions to run projects and business departments efficiently.
Lead projects with vendors and internal teams to ensure delivery and adoption of IS solutions.
Mentor IS team in customer service, project management, and professional development.
Develop and enforce IS policies, budgets, and procedural standards.
