Job summary

M&T Bank is seeking a risk advisory professional to support FLOD and IS Risk Advisory in Wilmington, DE. You will help document issues, prepare communications, and maintain records across SharePoint and eGRC while coordinating with control testing and change initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on risk management, controls, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.
• Experience in risk management and regulatory controls is preferred.
• Familiarity with FLOD/IS risk advisory processes and documentation will help.

Responsibilities

• Assist FLOD IS Risk Advisory team across multiple one-off initiatives and recurring deliverables.
• Monitor KRIs and assist in creating comprehensive KPI reporting.
• Support annual Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and related risk management reporting.
• Develop procedures, job aids, and training materials; evidence work products for exams.
