Job summary

M&T Bank Corporation in Wilmington, DE is seeking a details-oriented IS FLOD Risk Analyst to support the first line of defense risk management within FLOD and the IS Business Risk Advisory team. You will document issues, prepare communications, and maintain records across SharePoint, eGRC, and MS Office tools while helping with data retention and reporting.

You will assist in developing procedures, populate databases, gather stakeholder input, and contribute to recurring risk and control

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in risk/compliance
• Experience with eGRC, SharePoint, and MS Office a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist FLOD IS risk advisory across IS risk population and reporting.
• Monitor KRIs and contribute to KRI reporting.
• Assist with annual RCSAs and remediation tracking.
• Support procedures, training materials, and documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory and internal audit exams and remediation efforts.
