The Irvine office of Fisher Phillips seeks junior associates with two to three years of employment litigation experience to join a sophisticated management-side practice representing employers throughout California.

Qualified candidates will handle litigation matters from inception through resolution, draft pleadings, propound and respond to discovery, draft motions, prepare for, take, and defend depositions, and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations. CA bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Two to three years of employment litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings and respond to written discovery.
• Draft dispositive and non-dispositive motions; prepare for depositions.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
