Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is assisting a national law firm in Irvine, CA to identify an experienced Employment Litigation Associate. The role involves representing employers in complex employment litigation, handling discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions, and collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategy.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of employment litigation experience, with wage/hour and/or discrimination/harassment exposure, and PAGA or class/collective action experience.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Substantive wage and hour and/or discrimination and harassment litigation experience.
• Class, collective action and/or PAGA experience.
• Deposition experience.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities; experience managing matters with increasing independence.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Admitted to the California Bar and JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities
