The ideal candidate will have strong deposition, writing and communication skills, plus a proven ability to manage matters with increasing independence and accountability.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Admitted to the California Bar and holds a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Experience with wage/hour, discrimination/harassment, class actions and PAGA.
• Excellent analytical, writing and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings.
• Prepare and argue motions and take/defend depositions.
• Manage matters across the lifecycle with increasing independence.
• Interact directly with clients and supervise junior staff.
