Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate for its Irvine, CA office. This role targets 4–7 years of employment litigation experience within a sophisticated labor and employment practice.

You will represent employers in wage and hour, discrimination and harassment, class/collective actions, and PAGA matters, handling discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions with growing case ownership and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Substantive wage and hour and/or discrimination and harassment litigation experience.
• Class, collective action and/or PAGA experience.
• Deposition experience.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities; independent case management.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills; CA Bar admission required.

• Drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings.
• Preparing and arguing motions.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Assisting with strategic management of matters.
• Communicating with clients and handling matters with increasing independence.
