Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting a national law firm in Irvine, CA to hire an Employment Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of employment litigation experience and will handle wage/hour, discrimination and PAGA matters with increasing responsibility.

In this hands‑on role you will draft and respond to discovery and pleadings, argue motions, take depositions, and manage matters with direct client contact. CA Bar license required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Substantive wage and hour and/or discrimination and harassment litigation experience.
• Class, collective action and/or PAGA experience.
• Deposition experience.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities; independence in managing matters.
• Admitted to the California Bar and a J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
