Main duties include advising executives on employment policies, drafting agreements, and supporting corporate transactions with employment-related risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills.
• Current associate in a Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment group.
• Member of the California State Bar or New York State Bar.
• Demonstrated professionalism and excellent judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic workforce growth, employment policies, and compliance.
• Provide guidance to executives and HR leaders on employment matters.
• Support corporate transactions by advising on employment-related risks.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements and related documents.
• Collaborate with clients in technology and private equity sectors.
