Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced employment attorney with 5+ years of experience to join the Employment Law team in California or New York. The role involves advising clients on strategic workforce growth, employment policies, and legal compliance for technology companies and private equity firms.

You will counsel executives and HR leaders on high-stakes matters, support transactions with risk analysis, draft employment agreements, and collaborate across sectors.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills.
• Current associate in a Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment group.
• Member of the California or New York State Bar.
• Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and excellent judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic workforce growth, employment policies, and compliance.
• Provide guidance to executives and HR leaders on high-stakes employment matters.
• Support corporate transactions by advising on employment-related risks.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements and related documents.
