The role requires an active California Bar license and 2+ years of civil litigation experience, with strong writing and research skills. Plaintiff-side employment experience is preferred and wage-hour, class action, or PAGA experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and litigation skills.
• Plaintiff-side employment experience strongly preferred.
• Wage & Hour, Class Action, and/or PAGA experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Develop case strategy alongside experienced attorneys.
• Advocate for employees in employment disputes.
