Job summary

Revelyst in Irvine, CA is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to accurately apply retailer payments across multiple ERP systems, ensuring proper reconciliation and strong internal controls. The role requires hands-on ERP cash application expertise and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

With 3–5 years of cash application experience and proficiency in SAP/Oracle/NetSuite, you will support month-end processes and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cash application experience in SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Experience in a complex, multi-ERP environment with multiple brands.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Accurately apply payments across systems and methods the day received.
• Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments with internal teams.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts to GL accounts.
• Code deductions from payments to customer accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with related reports.
