YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a Welcome Desk Specialist to greet members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor. You will provide exceptional customer service and support at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment during shifts and scheduling.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude and attentiveness to member needs. Responsibilities include greeting attendees, processing check-ins, and maintaining safety standards while staying compliant with required

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Must be supervised by staff 18+ years of age.
• Minors are not to be in building alone.
• Obtain and maintain current certifications in First Aid and Oxygen Administration.
• CPR AED certification if opening/ closing staff.
