Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Irrigation Technician.
• Knowledge of drip, sprinkler and center pivot systems.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics for irrigation layouts.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems across farmlands.
• Operate pumps and related components.
• Monitor water usage and ensure proper application for crops.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose irrigation system issues; implement timely solutions.
• Inspect irrigation infrastructure regularly to prevent failures.
• Coordinate irrigation schedules with farm managers and weather patterns.
