Job summary

Lawn Doctor is seeking a motivated irrigation technician to install, operate, maintain, and repair residential irrigation systems, ensuring plants receive the right moisture. You will set controllers, test for leaks, and troubleshoot to keep systems performing reliably.

This outdoor role invites hands‑on work with sprinklers, drip lines, timers, and pumps. You will be part of a safety‑minded team with opportunities for advancement, professional development, and a strong commitment to customer

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure moisture for plantings.
• Set and maintain automatic irrigation systems according to the landscape care program.
• Ensure correct water delivery to conserve water and promote plant growth.
• Work with sprinklers, drip lines, timers, and pumps, including digging, adjusting sprinkler heads, and checking for leaks or broken parts.
• Program and troubleshoot automatic systems to run on schedule and efficiently.
• Order irrigation supplies, spare parts, and equipment; accept deliveries on or off campus.
• Obtain quotes for services from outside contractors as requested.

• Ensure that the right amount of water is delivered to the right places, helping conserve water and keep plants growing well.
• Work with sprinklers, drip lines, timers, and pumps, including digging, adjusting sprinkler heads, and checking for leaks or broken parts.
• Program and troubleshoot automatic systems to ensure everything runs on schedule and works efficiently.
• Order irrigation supplies, spare parts, and equipment as authorized, and take deliveries on or off campus.
• Obtain quotes for services from outside contractors as requested.

Compensation

USD $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
