Job summary

HeartLand is hiring an Irrigation Technician in Nashville to support installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial irrigation systems. You'll work with experienced crews to deliver quality results for local clients.

Candidates should have 2+ years of irrigation experience (commercial preferred), a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and readiness to work outdoors year-round. Backflow certification is a plus.

• 2+ years of irrigation experience (commercial preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Comfort using tools, wiring systems, and reading site plans.
• Backflow certification or willingness to obtain (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems (clocks, valves, heads, pumps).
• Perform seasonal services (activations, winterizations, audits).
• Track parts, materials, and service logs.
• Communicate with clients and team leads about system needs.
• Support snow operations or enhancement crews in off-season.
