Job summary

Circuit of The Americas seeks an experienced Irrigation Lead Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial irrigation systems across campus in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will independently diagnose issues and design small irrigation projects to improve efficiency.

This role requires leadership of irrigation crews, hands-on expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting safety and water-conservation goals.

Qualifications

• Lead and perform commercial irrigation installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Diagnose irrigation system problems and determine appropriate repairs without direct supervision.
• Read and interpret irrigation plans, drawings, site plans, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct irrigation staff or crew members as needed, providing instruction and quality control.
• Coordinate and prioritize irrigation work across campus based on operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, system changes, materials, and water-use information.
