Job summary

SavATree is seeking an Irrigation Specialist (Seasonal) to support outdoor lawn care and irrigation projects. You will learn troubleshooting, repair of heads, nozzles, and valves, and gain knowledge of turfgrass and pests while delivering high-quality service on client properties.

You will work outdoors on beautiful properties, install and adjust irrigation systems, and collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient watering and customer satisfaction. Training and certifications are supported.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete required training to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.
• Desire to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Position Summary

As an Irrigation Specialist at SavATree, you will build expertise in irrigation systems and lawn care through hands-on experience and training. You’ll learn how to troubleshoot water and pressure issues, repair and replace heads, nozzles, and valves, and maintain irrigation systems. Additionally, you’ll gain knowledge of turfgrass types, insects, and diseases.

In this role, you will:

• Work outdoors on beautiful properties to ensure healthy and efficient irrigation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems to meet client needs.
• Learn to identify turfgrass species and common pests or diseases.
• Apply irrigation system knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with field teams and contribute to delivering outstanding client experiences.

About You

• Eager to learn and grow within the irrigation and lawn care industry.
• Passionate about working outdoors and solving problems.
• Interested in gaining certifications and advancing your expertise.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in communication, both verbal and written, to understand and meet client needs.
• Ideally holding a degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience (preferred but not required).

This position pays between $16-19/hr depending on experience + benefits + PTO and 401K
