The role emphasizes a sales mindset, customer service excellence, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Qualified applicants will have 2+ years in irrigation installation or repair, a valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to lift 50 lbs and walk

Qualifications

• 2+ years in irrigation installation, service, or repair.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., push/pull, and walk 3 miles daily in varied weather.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct system audits and recommend water-saving upgrades and upgrades to clients.
• Perform startups, shutdowns, and winterizations as part of seasonal maintenance.
• Provide clear communication of repairs and service recommendations to customers.
